Planning & Consulting
This is where your ideas begin to bloom. We encourage couples to bring inspiration boards, Pinterest pins, or even fabric swatches from wedding attire to help us understand your aesthetic. Together, we’ll explore color palettes, textures, and flowers that speak to your story, creating the foundation of your bespoke design.
Proposal
Delivery Day
After your consultation, we craft a tailored design proposal that illustrates how your floral story will come to life. From the bridal bouquet to ceremony structures and reception tablescapes, this proposal is both an artistic vision and a thoughtful plan. Every element is curated with intention and refinement.
The Artful Execution
On your wedding day, our team is on-site to carefully design and place every floral element. From pinning boutonnieres to styling centerpieces, each detail is handled with precision. Q. Are you willing to travel?
Absolutely! While most of our weddings and events are based in North Carolina, we love traveling to bring our designs to new places. Whether it’s a mountain retreat, a coastal celebration, or a city soirée, we’re happy to design wherever your story takes you.
Q. How far out should I book a consultation and start the process?
We recommend starting the process as early as possible once you’ve secured your wedding date and venue. Booking a consultation 9–12 months in advance allows us to dream with you, secure your date, and ensure your floral design receives the attention it deserves.
Q. Can you work alongside my planner and other vendors?
Yes, collaboration is one of our favorite parts of the process. We work closely with planners, venues, and creative partners to ensure the florals integrate seamlessly into the overall design. It’s this teamwork that makes a wedding or event feel truly polished and unforgettable.
Q. Do you repurpose florals throughout the day?
Yes — and this is truly one of our specialties. We want you to experience the full impact of your floral design from start to finish. By thoughtfully transitioning arrangements from ceremony to reception, we maximize beauty and value without ever compromising the design.
Q. Do you offer virtual consultations?
We believe the best designs come from genuine connection. That’s why we value in-person consultations, where we can collaborate face-to-face and curate a relationship with you throughout the creative process. While follow-up conversations can certainly happen by phone or virtually, the foundation of our work is built in person.
Q. Do you provide mock-ups or samples?
For larger-scale designs, we can provide a mock-up of a centerpiece or bouquet so you can see, touch, and feel the style before your wedding day. This is a wonderful way to make sure every detail reflects your vision and brings peace of mind.
